Pipr is field service software for plumbing shops with one to three trucks: the schedule, estimates, flat-rate prices, bills and payments in one app, on the phone and in the browser.
Works with no signal
Everything a technician does is saved on the phone first and sent to the office when the signal comes back. Nothing waits on the internet.
The day's visits
A schedule and calendar for the office, each visit's steps from on my way to done, and a map of the day.
Flat-rate pricing
One price book for the shop, priced from hours, the shop's hourly rate and marked-up parts.
Estimates customers approve
Up to three options with add-ons, signed on the spot or approved from a link.
Bills and payments
Cash and checks recorded on site; cards paid on a secure Stripe page, with the money going straight to the shop's own Stripe account.
QuickBooks Online
Paid bills, payments and refunds are sent to the shop's QuickBooks, which stays the books.
Photos and equipment
Photos on every address, and the equipment there read from a photo of its tag.
Memberships
Maintenance plans billed by Stripe, with member prices and included visits on the bill.
Time and the numbers
Clocking in and out, weekly timesheets, and an owner's dashboard of money owed, sales and profit per job.
